The platform also has a hierarchy used to move from the ground to the platform built on either side of the base and located deep inside. Each hierarchy will consist of 21 stone steps made of slat stone, the height of each step is 22cm. Around the base of the platform is the handrail walls painted with all kinds of colorful hollow painted enameled tiles.

Ngu Phung floor is divided into 5 main floors, 4 auxiliary floors and consists of 3 rows arranged perpendicular to each other. The main sequence is in the middle at the bottom of the U.
All 9 floors are connected extremely talented from the frame to the roof. In particular, the only main floor in the center is covered with yellow li-tile tiles, the rest of the buildings are using green li-tile.
Ngu Phung floor is built on the height of 1.14m above the ground, located on the base of the radio tower higher than 5m. The frame of Ngu Phung Phung is made of 100 pillars made of ironwood. In particular, 48 pillars inside pierced through both floors. Thanks to the column system and firm frame, it protects the 9 arches of the floor standing against all natural disasters.
The lower floor of Ngu Phung Floor is almost empty. On the upper floor, the front of the central floor has a louvre, surrounded by a system of boards. Besides, the floor also has windows with a variety of styles such as the shape of a khanh, fan-shaped, circle, ... Thanks to these windows combined with the railing, railing, railing in the edge of the platform gives the Ngo Mon architecture the gentleness and elegance.
Roof system of Ngu Phung Floor is elaborately and meticulously crafted. Part of the ridge, the verge is decorated with dragons made of jellyfish and mortar. The central part of the roof of the middle floor has brightly colored pink vase.
